Manage everything about your automatic refills yourself - skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, update your card or address, pause, or cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
Sign in with the email you used to order - we will send you a login code, no password needed.
What you can do
- Skip a delivery - push the next shipment back without cancelling.
- Change the frequency - switch between every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
- Update payment or address - change the card or where it ships.
- Pause or cancel - takes effect before your next renewal.
When changes take effect
Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund an order already placed, so make changes before your next renewal date - that date is shown in the portal and in every renewal reminder we email you. Can't get in?
If the sign-in link does not work, or you no longer have access to that email address, contact us and we will cancel or change the subscription for you. We will never make you jump through hoops to stop a subscription.
