When will my tracking number arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking is emailed when the label is scanned by the carrier, not when it is created, so the first movement you see is the parcel actually leaving our facility. If your tracking number shows no movement for the first 24–48 hours, this is normal.
I don't have a tracking number
Check the inbox (and spam folder) of the email address used at checkout for your shipping confirmation. You can also view your order history and tracking at any time by signing in to your account.
My order hasn't arrived
Delivery times vary by destination and can run longer during holidays and periods of high demand. If your order has not arrived within 20 days of shipping, contact us and we will make it right.
